smfc failed to start when the BMC base fan mode was above 9, e.g. Performance (0x0A) on an X14/H14 board, with invalid literal for int() with base 10: ' 0a\n'. ipmitool prints the mode byte in hex, and smfc parsed it as a decimal number, which only works for modes 0-9. The mode is parsed as hex now. The same fix applies to ipmi/get_ipmi_fan_mode.sh, which also failed on modes 8 and 9 and knows the X14/H14 mode names now. Reported by @Yakje in discussion #106.
