This release adds some small improvements:
- Performance improvements for
pdwhen serving CompatBlock requests, as during client sync - Fix to emit ABCI events for DEX execution, to unblock development on the DEX explorer
- New protobuf interfaces for the ViewService, to unblock development on the web extension
