This version makes two small changes:
- Renames the
penumbra-storagecrate tocnidarium, to illustrate its use outside of Penumbra. - Upgrades the CI setup to build binaries on Ubuntu 22.04, rather than Ubuntu 20.04. The newest versions of the binaries should work on more modern OSes without problems.
