LAS Recomp Beta 5 release candidate (test build)

This is everything planned for Beta 5, plus one late optimization we found and want to test on more hardware before the release.

The new optimization: until now the game's CPU waited for the graphics card to finish every frame before starting the next one, so the two took turns. They now work at the same time. Where the graphics card is the limit, this can raise the frame rate a lot; elsewhere it frees up headroom.

• Mac: on by default on every Mac.
• Windows: on by default on every graphics card.
• Linux: on by default where the system supports what it needs (NVIDIA or Intel graphics, Linux 6.7 or newer). On AMD graphics on Linux, including the Steam Deck, it switches itself off for now and this build behaves like Beta 5 otherwise; the log says which applies.

What we'd love to hear:

• Does it run as well as, or better than, the build you used before?
• Any flickering at all, even a single quick flash: black flashes, flickering or wrongly lit squares on the ground, anything that pops for a moment. Roughly where and when it happened helps a lot.
• Anything else that looks wrong: an object or character missing or broken, wrong colours, stutter.
• Please attach lasrecomp.log from the LAS Recomp data folder after playing (Settings shows where the data folder is). It records which mode your machine used.

Also in this build (all of Beta 5): support for game versions 1.0.0, 1.0.1 and 1.1.0, the Vulkan recorder thread, frame pacing fixes, ultrawide fixes, season colour fixes, and more. Full notes come with the Beta 5 release.
