Introducing QOwnNotes for Android!

- Offline-capable Markdown notes with Room as the source of truth, synchronized
  through the Nextcloud Notes API with incremental pulls, ETags, and conflict-safe
  updates
- Import Nextcloud accounts via Single Sign-On from the Nextcloud Files Android app
- Render CommonMark and GitHub Flavored Markdown, checkbox lists with three states, wiki links,
  tables, fenced code, and safe remote images
- Edit highlighted Markdown source with formatting actions, undo/redo, cursor
  preservation, and local draft persistence
- Browse and restore note versions and remotely trashed notes with the QOwnNotesAPI app
- Favorite notes with a star and keep them above other notes
- Create notes from text shared by other Android apps
- Light and dark themes on Android 9 and newer
Fixed notes with duplicate names in the same subfolder potentially overwriting each
other's content, and prevented duplicate image and attachment copies during Joplin imports
