• Allow dragging a Markdown or text note file into the note editor, so it is
  imported as a note into the active note subfolder
  (for #3568)
• Extended the Headings tab in the Navigation panel to also recognize
  custom heading syntaxes introduced through scripting addHighlightingRule
  calls that use heading states like H1, H2, and H3, so scripted headings
  such as @ Introduction @, @@ Background @@, and @@@ Details @@@ now
  appear in the heading tree with the correct nesting and title text (for
  #3549)
