New
- Save or Unsave Current Tab moves the tab you're on into Saved Tabs or back to Current Tabs, from the Tabs menu, the command palette, or a shortcut you choose in Settings › Shortcuts.
- When a website keeps a shortcut such as Command-S, Crest says to press it again, and the second press runs Crest's command. Choose Prefer Crest, Use Both or Prefer Website for each shortcut in Settings › Shortcuts, and switching Spaces now always reaches Crest.
Improved
- A shortcut can be a function key on its own, such as F12 for Show Web Inspector.
Fixed
- An extension chosen during import still reaches its other Spaces when one of them is being deleted while the extension installs.
- On iPhone and iPad, holding a link grows its Peek out of the link again, and closing the Peek shrinks it back into the link.
- Crest no longer stops responding while the sidebar lays out open folders, such as when you scroll past them.
- Dragging a sidebar row right after another drop lands it where you aim, instead of a row off or back where it started.
- Pressing Command-L again closes the address field it opened, and another shortcut such as Command-S or Command-W closes the open address field or new tab prompt before it runs.
- New Quick Window and Open in Quick Window from the command palette work in a private window, opening a private Quick Window as the shortcut does.
- Binding Command-Z or another editing shortcut to a command no longer takes Undo, Copy or Paste away from the text field you're typing in.
- Recording a shortcut with Shift and a number key, such as Shift-Command-2, now records the number on every keyboard layout, so Settings catches a clash with Crest's own Shift-number shortcuts. Shortcuts recorded this way before are carried over.
- A long sidebar with many folders scrolls smoothly.
Nightly builds contain the newest changes and may be less reliable than stable releases.
