Fixed
- The pointer hides over a video playing full screen in a window that was already full screen, and pages that change the pointer no longer wait for the mouse to move.
- In full screen, the title bar that slides down with the menu bar goes away with it instead of leaving a white or black bar across the top of the window or video.
- With Crest already in full screen, a full-screen video covers the whole screen, and Esc brings the sidebar back while Crest stays in full screen.
