- On Mac, a notice at the top of the window names each download as it finishes.
- On Mac, the address field can show a Copy URL button beside Site Controls. Turn it on in Settings › Appearance › Address field.
- On Mac, Crest appears in Finder’s Open With menu for PDFs, without becoming your default PDF app.
Improved
- Crest stays more responsive with many Spaces and extensions: pages scroll smoothly while extensions such as ad blockers update their badge counts, and loading a page saves the session less often.
- On Mac, with Show sidebar on hover in full screen turned on, a full-screen page stays full screen when you swipe to another Space, and takes over the window again when you swipe back.
Fixed
- New windows open at the sidebar width you last chose, rather than the default width.
- Tapping just below the sidebar’s Show more tabs arrow scrolls the list instead of opening the tab behind it, and VoiceOver names the arrow on iPhone and iPad.
- Clear Unpinned Tabs and Shift-Command-K clear the Space’s open tabs, as the sidebar’s Clear does, however recently they were used.
- The inline address completion and the search provider chip in the command bar no longer flicker while you type.
- Quitting after a session save failed tries that save again, instead of waiting for it to time out.
- On iPhone and iPad, dropping a dragged tab on a Space icon in the sidebar moves it to that Space.
Development builds contain the newest changes and may be less reliable than stable releases.
