Highlights
Improved
- Identify tabs with their own side panels by an extension badge on the favicon, including pinned tabs
Fixed
- Keep page addresses and sign-in cookies private when discovering site icons, and stop oversized icon downloads early
- Extension regrouping no longer leaves empty current folders behind, and orange groups are easier to distinguish from yellow
- Signed-in extension panels use isolated sessions with tighter cookie protections for other sites and Spaces
- Prevent a crash when an idle extension wakes while its side panel remains open
- Text replacement follows your Mac settings and keeps your choice when Crest restarts
- Keep tab-specific extension panels with their own pages and restore each panel when returning to its tab
- Extension screenshots capture the selected page correctly
- Firefox sidebars follow the selected tab, and extension panels close reliably without affecting other tabs
- Keep side-panel sign-in links in their original Space when you switch Spaces
- Keep Space customization when edits overlap an iCloud sync, and preserve saved crest controls when switching designs
Development builds contain the newest changes and may be less reliable than stable releases.
