Changes since last release

From CHANGELOG.md, 2026-10-05:

Transparent window: live opacity slider

  • Settings -> Extra -> Transparent window has an opacity slider (10-100%). It
changes the window live while you drag and saves windowOpacity on release.
It is disabled when claude-desktop-extra.jsonc or CLAUDE_WINDOW_OPACITY
    sets the value.
  • Turning the switch on or off shows a Restart now button: a see-through
window can only be created at startup.

Fixes (thanks @rmbruntz, #264)

  • The Extra settings tabs no longer hide the whole content pane. On the current
claude.ai markup the scrolling body sits under a display: contents wrapper
and a flex column instead of directly in the pane, so the search found nothing
and took over the entire pane: the close button went with it, and the panel
sat on the dialog card instead of on the pane's own background. The search now
goes down through wrappers, and only the scrolling body is replaced.
  • Transparent window: dialog cards, the Settings modal among them, stay solid.
They share their classes with the Claude Code content card, which fades with
the window, so the page behind showed through anything mounted directly on a
    dialog.
