Changes since last release

Custom themes stay out of the browser pane (#284)
- A custom theme no longer recolors third-party pages. The theme sheet went into every page except
devtools and localhost, so sites opened in the Code tab's browser pane (and Cowork file previews)
inherited the theme's text color: withbreeze, light pages showed white text on white. The theme now
applies only to the app's own pages: claude.ai and claude.com (1P),app://localhost(3P), and the
app's local windows (Quick Entry, find-in-page, buddy). Thanks to @furiozo-ga for the report and the
allow-list idea.
