Nix: flake.lock is committed (thanks @sophietelle, #278)

• nix run github:patrickjaja/claude-desktop-extra works again. Without a lock file in the repo,
  current Nix stopped with "cannot write modified lock file". The flake now ships one, which also pins
  nixpkgs so electron_44 stays available after nixpkgs drops it. Release builds only touch
  packaging/nix/package.nix, so version bumps leave the lock alone; nix flake update refreshes it.

Release CI installs every release the way users do

• Each release is now installed from its published channels before it counts as done. After
  publishing, CI runs the README's own install commands in fresh containers: the apt repo on Ubuntu
  22.04, 24.04 and Debian 12, the dnf repo on current Fedora and Rocky Linux 9, the pacman repo and
  the AUR on Arch, and nix run github:.... Each must install the release just published. The package
  tests only ever installed the freshly built files, which is how the missing flake.lock went
  unnoticed. A failing channel comments on the release's tracking issue.
