Fix

• Add/edit/confirm forms rendered empty on Home Assistant 2026.5+ because ha-textfield was removed (migrated to ha-input internally in 2026.4). Swapped all ha-textfield usages to ha-input and renamed no-spinner → without-spin-buttons. (#35)
