Upgrade priority: Medium This a bugfix release that fixes a bug in the client where in some situations after large periods of uptime, nodes would stop being able to send transactions. In the most extreme circumstances this could lead to a validator being chilled or slashed if they were unable to send a heartbeat transactions. We advise all node operators to update their nodes at their earliest convenience.
