Highlights
- Added a stricter Linux HDR stream gate so Polaris only reports HDR when the client requests HDR, the encoder supports the 10-bit path, and the captured display exposes real HDR metadata.
- Added HDR diagnostics that distinguish client HDR request, display HDR state, metadata availability, and final stream HDR state.
- Fixed Linux shader runtime path packaging so packaged builds can find shader assets correctly.
- Isolated Linux headless audio routing so Polaris can capture its virtual stream sink without leaving the host desktop default sink redirected.
- Added troubleshooting notes for Linux headless audio routing and HDR metadata validation.
Release assets are attached below for Fedora 42, Fedora 43, Fedora 44, Ubuntu 24.04, and Arch Linux.
