• add export command to otpclient-cli (fix #187)

Please note that this will be the last feature release for the v2 series.
This means that no new features will be added from now on to v2, just security fixes and minor fixes.
Also, v2.4.x will be maintained for 12 months after v3.0 will be released (around May/June 2021).
