A small release that finishes moving the last internal names onto the project's own namespace before 1.0, plus a few things that were ready. Install it before your panels take ha-paneld v0.9.11.

Update Panel Assistant first
Update Panel Assistant to 0.9.0 before your panels take ha-paneld v0.9.11. Only this release reads v0.9.11's release files. Panels on an older Panel Assistant simply stay on v0.9.10 until you update.

- Announcements play in step. An announcement sent to several panels now plays on all of them together instead of echoing from room to room. Needs ha-paneld v0.9.11.
- Panels still on MQTT move by themselves. Panel Assistant moves them to its own connection, keeping entity IDs, history and customisations. MQTT support ends after this release line.
- Czech and Brazilian Portuguese.
