Fix Cyrillic text being replaced by garbled Latin characters when outline fonts are enabled. Localized font atlases now retain their original glyph shapes and spacing.
Tested with the full Russian alphabet, uppercase and lowercase letters, including Ё/ё, through the OpenGL renderer.
