What has changed in this version:

• Support for 80-column card;
  In Basic, use OUT 0,1 to turn it on and OUT 0,0 to turn it off.
  Some other cartridges support the 80-column card natively, like Familiegeheugen 3/4. Thanks to @yqxq for the suggestion.
• Added option to crop screenshots to the draw area;
• Serial port support;
  Available through command-line argument like e.g. M2000 --serial COM7;
• Added option for 10x (1000%) CPU speed;
• Support for emulating @ifilot's SD-card cartridge;
  Targeted at developers of SD-card Launcher firmware;
• Mapped the missing Integer Div character (÷) to the backspace (\) button;
  Note: only in Symbolic Key Mapping mode
