Notes

  • This game is just the mobile version compiled to run on PC. It was never designed to be viewable on screens larger than mobiles/tablets.
  • 🚩Please see Last Cloudia Terms of Use - While risk is low, use at your own risk.

Features

Tested against Steam version @ 3440x1440

  • HUD rebuilt for larger screens. Can choose between the default style, and two alternatives.
  • Viewport expanded to the cover the entire screen.
  • Field of view is adjustable. Different values for cutscenes and battles.
  • Backgrounds, masks, UI effects and camera effects corrected where possible. Some have been removed altogether.
  • Pressing right-click on your mouse simulates pressing the ESC key. Windows only probably?
  • Main menu background art rebuilt using the Steam header, using AI to fill in the edges for 21:9 and 32:9. You can use the original menu if you like.

Potentially Dangerous Feature

  • Speed up the game 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x using keys 2 - 5 on the keyboard. Press 1 to reset to default. This may break certain UI components.

Installation

  • Grab the latest release from below. Windows and MacOS/Unix versions have been made available.
  • Extract the contents of the release zip into the game directory.
(e.g. `steamapps\common\LAST CLOUDIA for Steam on Windows).

Steam Deck/Linux Additional Instructions

You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!

  • Open up the game properties in Steam and add WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command% to the launch options.

Changes

0.1.2 - 4th May 2024

  • Added configuration interface.
  • Removed need for F5 to reload config

0.1.1 - 2nd May 2024

  • Fixed the magic cancel overlay not being in the correct position. Added option to either shift the UI up or have it sit on top of the skill buttons.
  • Preventive measures implemented to reduce input related issues when using the speed up stuff.
  • Added option to choose between 'Native' back feature or Game. Native sends the ESC key, whereas Game will try and find a back or home button to use. The latter should be more stable, but allow you to go back from screens that don't have a button.

0.1.0 - 28th April 2024

  • Initial release.
