github oyvindwe/connectlife-ha v0.50.0
0.50.0 Named Faults

Highlights

  • Named dishwasher fault sensors, and the correct program list for the ASKO DFI777UXXL.
  • Three new devices: an ATAG induction hob, a Hisense washing machine and a tumble dryer.
  • Breaking: requires Home Assistant 2025.11 or newer; the 015 dishwasher Error_f* sensors become binary sensors.

New devices

Improvements to existing devices

  • 015 dishwashers: the Error_f* fault flags are problem binary sensors. The 14 with a known meaning are named (e.g. "F12 water inlet fault") and enabled by default; the other 8 have generic names and are disabled by default. The Delay_start binary sensor is enabled by default for new installs #713 by @oyvindwe
  • 015-000: adds the Odor control program #714 by @oyvindwe

Bug fixes

  • 015-dishwasher-60.3 (ASKO DFI777UXXL): the program list was shifted from the third program onwards, so HA showed and started the wrong program. It now has all 15 programs, and the Green, Intensive and UV modes #633 by @oyvindwe
  • 008-399: the voltage sensor (f_votage) reported twice the real voltage #706 by @oyvindwe
  • With "Disable beep" on, a command the device doesn't accept in its current state is no longer sent twice, and can no longer raise a false "unsupported beep" repair #718 by @oyvindwe

Breaking changes

  • Requires Home Assistant 2025.11 or newer. HACS doesn't offer this update on older versions #716
  • 015 dishwashers: the Error_f* sensors are replaced by binary sensors with new entity IDs (e.g. binary_sensor.<dishwasher>_f12_water_inlet_fault_1). They were disabled by default, but if you enabled them, update automations to use the new entities. Existing installs keep Delay_start disabled; enable it on the device page if you want it #713

General improvements

  • A command the device doesn't accept in its current state (the cloud's "Command status mutex") shows "The device doesn't accept this command in its current state" #718 by @oyvindwe
  • When a login fails, the reason is logged, and shown on the integration entry #722 by @oyvindwe
  • Mapping validation checks units and state classes against Home Assistant's device classes #715 by @oyvindwe

Documentation improvements

  • Download diagnostics is in the device page's Device info card, not the ⋮ menu #717 #721 by @oyvindwe
