Highlights

• Pending ConnectLife Terms & Conditions no longer trigger a reauth ("Credentials requested") that re-entering the password can't fix
• New repair issue walks you through accepting the updated terms in the app, with a Submit button to retry once done
• The integration recovers by itself once the terms are accepted, retrying login at most every 15 minutes in the meantime

Bug fixes

• Config and reauth flows now show cannot_connect instead of invalid_auth for non-auth API errors #681 by @oyvindwe

General improvements
