Improvements to existing devices

• 009-104: added Light on / Light off buttons for the temperature LED. t_dimmer is write-only (never reported in status), so it's exposed as two buttons rather than a switch; state isn't tracked. Translations added for all seven languages #604

Documentation improvements

• List the wine cooler (034-1j0122z0035j, Hisense RW3N122GSLF) in DEVICES.md and README.md — the type was added in 0.43.0 but missed in the hand-maintained docs #599
