Session

Session uses the Session encryption protocol and the Oxen blockchain’s decentralised Service Node network to provide anonymous, end-to-end encrypted messaging without relying on central servers.

Release overview

• Laid the foundation for closed groups improvements. We changed the way closed groups work a bit to make them more reliable. Improvements should take effect over the course of the next few weeks. #1592
• New and improved open groups! The app now suggests open groups to you, and any of the new open groups you join will be faster and more reliable #1576
• Encrypt attachments locally #1554
• Improved the About Page #1571 (contribution by @buccella)
• Added a password confirm field on password update #1587
