Session

Session uses the Signal encryption protocol and the Loki blockchain’s decentralised Service Node network to provide anonymous, end-to-end encrypted messaging without relying on central servers.

Release overview:

• Add a list of blocked contacts in the Settings panel (#1297, #1312)
• Add beta translations for German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish and Persian (#1320, #1306)
• Add a light mode option (enabled by default) (#1315)
• Make app UI closer to mobile, when possible
• Add text RTL support (#1319)

Bug Fixes

• Fix emoji panel overflow (#1164)
• Increase timeout for joining open groups
