Oxen 9.1.2 - emergency hotfix
The hardfork revealed an issue for older nodes (those originally set up before Oxen 8.x, which have both a key and a key_ed25519 file) with sending out uptime proofs (see #1453 for the gory details).
This emergency update solves the problem and includes a workaround so that these nodes can send out proofs that will be accepted by all 9.1.x nodes on the network. It is critically important for older nodes, and highly recommended for all service node operators.
(Non-service nodes such as wallets and exchange nodes should install this update when convenient, but it is not critical).
