Vertical Tabs v0.16.7 and v0.22.0-beta

🎉 What's New:

• Tab and group management commands: Added new commands to move tabs within or between groups, as well as to move entire groups left, right, up, or down. These features implement requests made here and here.

The subscription ($1.99/month) is only required for downloading beta builds. Once installed, you can use them indefinitely—no ongoing subscription needed. Features from v0.22.0-beta will be released publicly in February 2027.

• Double-click the resize handle to evenly distribute sibling groups' dimensions (#204).
