Summary

Change - Switch from webpack to rollup: #4584
We replaced the bundler that we used so far (webpack) with rollup and reorganized the project
structure. This hopefully makes the project structure easier to understand and thus help with
onboarding. Another improvement is that the overall bundle size is much smaller now.
