v0.41.1 fixes file transfers with scp and sftp.
- Printed commands. The scp and sftp commands now work with session usernames that contain a relay node address. They pass the username through
-o User=so the client connects to the intended relay. #735 - Exit status. Completed file transfers now return success instead of reporting a missing SSH exit status. Incomplete SFTP exchanges return failure. #735
