💪 Improvements:

• r/ovh_cloud_project_database: Update network_id and subnet_id in place instead of recreating the cluster, so a service can be switched between public and private networks with a simple apply (#1420)
• r/ovh_cloud_project_database_kafka_topic: Update min_insync_replicas, partitions, replication, retention_bytes and retention_hours in place instead of recreating the topic, and add an update timeout. Lowering partitions still forces a new resource (#1404)
• r/ovh_vps: Accept the 2027v1 value for model.version (#1397)

🐜 Bug fixes:

• r/ovh_cloud_instance: Send every mutable field of the update model on PUT. The API applies an absent key as empty, so partial payloads detached networks, volumes and shares, and reset security_group_ids to a deny-all port (#1451)
• r/ovh_cloud_storage_block_volume: Always send name and size on update, and stop sending the immutable location, encryption and create_from fields, which the API rejects (#1451)
• r/ovh_cloud_project_database_kafka_topic: Retry the update while the cluster rejects concurrent operations, instead of failing immediately (#1404)
• r/ovh_cloud_project_kube_nodepool: Accept every transient node pool state while waiting for deletion, instead of failing when the pool is in any state other than DELETING (#1439)
