Patch Changes
- 11826a9: Plot and Envelope: a curve is now drawn with extra vertices where it bends tighter than its sampling grid shows, so a corner, a knee or a steep elbow follows the function instead of showing as a facet, and a straight stretch keeps none it does not need.
Plot.Curve'ssamplesis the grid it starts from, and a bent Envelope segment starts from its usual 24 samples. The path stays within about a tenth of a pixel of the function and is capped at a few thousand vertices. - 7ecec4d: Envelope: a bent segment is now the exponential of an analog envelope stage,
(e^(k·t) - 1) / (e^k - 1)withk = curve × CURVE_RATE, instead of a power oft. A curve and its opposite are mirror images, and neither turns vertical at an end: a curve of -1 used to show as a wall with a sharp elbow at the start of its segment. At ±1 the middle of the segment sits where it did before (0.4% or 99.6% of the rise), and a drag on a segment's handle still lands the midpoint under the pointer, now reaching the full curve at the edges.CURVE_EXPONENT_RANGEis replaced byCURVE_RATE(11).
