Timeline.MarkgivenonValueChangeoronValueCommittedcan be moved, by a drag on the grid (Cmd/Ctrl lets go of it) and by Left and Right on something focused inside it, bystep. It is what a locator or a cue needs. A press that stays one keeps its click, so a mark can also be pressed.
