Timeline.ClipFadeHandletakes its fade away, and nothing else hears the key. While a fade is dragged, the clip says which withdata-fading("in"or"out"), and it always sets--clip-fade-in-maxand--clip-fade-out-max, how long each fade can grow, so the limit can be drawn. The core clip snapshot gainsdragTarget, what a pointer is dragging. - 92d62f5: Time: warp markers, which pin a time in a recording to a time on the clip it plays in.
