Credentials are now encrypted at rest.

using fernet and a key file the credentials are now encrypted before ever reaching the disk.

for now the key file is stored aside the credentials, which is almost useless, but it's a first step to implement a password protected key file to allow for effective protection of credentials, also allows for testing of the new flow and improvements in possible edge cases where some info may end up in cache files.

Initial Spotify Connect support

The companion should now work and needs to be tested, any bug report on it would be very useful.

Youtube PO Token and challenge support

no configuration is needed for this to work
