pg_hint_plan16 1.6.3 is released. This version only supports PostgreSQL 16.

Some changes are made in this release:

• Fix server crash when HintStateDump[2]() throws an ERROR (Michael Paquier: 4949a39)
• Restore query ID after SPI execution in get_hints_from_table() (Sami Imseih: 7f72cf6)
• Correct schema-qualification of operators for hint table query (Kirill Reshke, Evgeniy Efimkin: 0a65d3f)
