Started off the official v3.39.0 release with the following changes:
- Changed the package name to @bref.sh/serverless
- Removed the standalone binary
- Removed all plugins and code related to Serverless Dashboard/Enterprise/Telemetry
- Removed auto-updating
- Updated dependencies to fix vulnerabilities in dependencies
- Re-organized the documentation
- Remove Node deprecation warning
- Remove Tencent Cloud support
- Remove post-install messages
- Remove support for local installation fallback
