Bugfixes:

• Fixed bash heredoc highlighting.
• lexer.word_utf8 should be able to match single-letter words.
• Fixed lexer detection of whole names with extensions and suffixes to ignore.
• Scintilla: fixed syntax highlighting inside a character after deleting the last buffer character.
• Scintilla: fixed view:vertical_center_caret() to not scroll past view end.
