A calmer, shallower Fredy
This release, I gave the ux side of the frontend some much needed ❤️
The sidebar went from 17 destinations to 7. Settings and Administration are one entry each now, their tabs were already naming those pages, so the sidebar had been saying everything twice. Financing moved under Listings, and the Watchlist is a star in the listings toolbar rather than a page of its own.
Filters got out of the way
The listings toolbar had eleven controls permanently on screen. It now has search, watchlist, sort and a Filters button that carries a count. Whatever is switched on shows as a removable chip, so a filter can't quietly explain an empty page. Jobs works exactly the same way.
Creating a job no longer loses your work
A job needs a notification channel, and channels are made in Settings, so first-time users had to leave the half-filled form, which threw everything away. Your draft is now kept, and there's a way back. Save says what's still missing instead of just sitting grey, the deal type is read from your search URL, and pasting a portal's homepage instead of a search is caught with an explanation rather than saved as a job that finds nothing.
The form itself is three essentials with everything optional folded into Refine this search, which also means the area map only loads if you open it.
The dashboard points somewhere
Interval, last run and next run are one line. The three remaining figures are links into what they count. A Needs attention panel calls out jobs that are switched off, have no channel, or have never found anything.
A quieter look
Softer red, less saturated accents, tighter corners, smaller job cards.
