The field usage_record_id was removed from the model CreateSubscriptionUsageRecordDetails in the Service Enablement Lifecycle Framework service
Client-side decryption using a KMSMasterKeyProvider configured with a KMS master key now rejects encrypted payloads whose master key ID, vault ID, or region differs from the configured key. To decrypt data encrypted with different KMS keys, select the appropriate provider or use a KMSMasterKeyProvider without a configured master key.
Client-side decryption using a KMSMasterKeyProvider without a configured master key now requires the region to be known independently of the encrypted payload through built-in SDK definitions, explicit configuration, registered region metadata, Oracle Alloy configuration, or opted-in Instance Metadata Service (IMDS). A region accepted only through endpoint fallback, such as a dotted domain, the implicit OC1 realm, or OCI_DEFAULT_REALM, is rejected. If a region is not yet included in this SDK release, configure or register it before decrypting.
