Breaking Changes
Swift Package Manager only: The SDK is now distributed exclusively through Swift Package Manager. CocoaPods support has been removed; migrate by adding https://github.com/optimizely/swift-sdk as a package dependency in Xcode or Package.swift.
Raised minimum platforms: Xcode 27 no longer builds older deployment targets, so the minimum supported versions are now iOS 15.0, tvOS 15.0, watchOS 9.0, and macOS 12.0.
