Release 1.7.2

What's New

The 1.7.0 release changed legacy (non-JWT) sessions to be in the JWT format, even when not using an OIDC flow.
The 1.7.+ controller and router require the information in the JWT, and are thus incompatible with legacy service
sessions issued from older controllers. This release ensures that all service sessions are cleared to avoid
running clients from failing with cached older sessions.
