Various fixes
If you have time and are up for some testing, please consider upgrading your server to Ubuntu 18.04 beta and testing aenigma there [nginx won't work for now, bear that in mind]. That'll ensure we're all ready for the new LTS release on April 26th 2018. Read the updated README file for detailed instructions. Thanks!
