Fixed a bug that caused the web worker to hang after randomness was depleted

Added a subkeys parameter to the generateKey function that allows users to customize options for subkeys. This includes:
- Generating a key with multiple subkeys
- Choosing whether each subkey is an encrypting (the default) or signing subkey
- Choosing a different algorithm for each subkey
- Choosing different expiration times/dates for each subkey
