Adds key revocation, which includes

• a high-level openpgp.revokeKey function
• a revocation certificate returned with a generated or reformatted key
• support for generating and applying standalone revocation certificates to a key

Fixes #678 to allow key updates with non-UserID user attributes

Fixes a bug where getting the primary user of a key without a valid UserID displayed an incorrect error message
