General bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
- Apparently the USB port wasn't working and a gpio pin needed to be activated to get power to the port.
- sdcard and config overlay wasn't being done early enough so some files couldn't be overwritten with custom stuff. Moved the whole process up a bit earlier.
- Updated the default video capture settings json to a larger buffer size. This results in a full 25fps for the videocapture process (it was a slow 12.5fps before)
