Bug Fixes

• Bootstrap timing fix: Fixed race condition where frontend could call extended service APIs before they were registered
  • Added bootstrap:extended-ready IPC event for proper synchronization
  • Frontend now waits for backend services instead of fixed 2-second delay
  • 10-second timeout fallback prevents stuck state
  • Added debug logs for troubleshooting
