⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• migrate to Jackson 3 and remove the Jackson 2 ObjectMapper and TypeReference APIs deprecated in the bridge release. Applications that use the default serializer without these APIs need no source changes. Code that used the removed wrappers should move to the SDK-owned JsonSerializer (replacing ObjectMapper accessors) and SdkTypeToken (replacing Jackson TypeReference) — see #387 and the RFC.
