Changes:
- NDIS5 drivers are not bundled in installer (can be installed manually)
Known limitations:
- close & open log window to load vpnc script output
- project may be compiled only from git-cloned source tree (will be fixed soon)
- MacOS build is broken now, will be fixed in next week
