mcporter 0.15.0

Highlights: Keep healthy MCP servers available when another server fails, accept inline ad-hoc flags, add runnable MCP examples, and rehearse releases without publishing.

  • Keep mcporter serve listing tools from healthy servers when another served server fails to list (for example, one that still needs OAuth); the failure is logged to stderr, and tools/list still errors when every served server fails. Thanks @vitalijssilins (#447).
  • Accept --flag=value for ad-hoc server options, preserve embedded equals signs, keep ad-hoc calls on the runtime path, and document the supported --stdio-arg flag. Thanks @notlakshitha (#443, #444).
  • Add an isolated, runnable FXMacroData MCP example for keyless USD indicators and release calendars. Thanks @roberttidball (#445).
  • Add an opt-in Sem stdio MCP example for local repository navigation with an explicit checkout path. Thanks @rs545837 (#440).
  • Default manual Release runs to a no-publish rehearsal of current main: validate, build, pack and smoke-test npm and both macOS architectures, including credential-free signing contract checks.
  • Explicitly ad-hoc sign native rehearsal binaries before verification so Bun's Intel baseline output cannot retain an invalid upstream signature.
  • Refresh Zod, Express fixtures, Vitest, Node/Bun types, and lint/format tooling while preserving Node 24 support, the 48-hour dependency cooldown, the OAuth client patch, and security overrides.

Verification: npm, registry tarball, release CI, native assets, and browser Gatekeeper proof. npm integrity: sha512-ts6g/7uhOFzUlKrLyt9yoCAgWyR3ns4kdDA8NkSHzlapc5EzjCNseJkWHplmptQf5zmiSeFr/kSM02LOY7E65w==.
